Welcome to The Antique Furniture Reproductions Gallery. On this page is a sampling of some of the work fashioned by Shenandoah Second Wind. The pieces are made from the lumber of dismantled barns and houses dating back to the early 1800's when structures were made out of close grain, well seasoned, wood species. This gives great strength and stability to the furniture.
Two favorite styles of reproductions mastered by Shenandoah Second Wind are the Mission and Shaker style. However, as can be seen in the gallery, anything can be created by Shenandoah Second Wind.
The difference species of wood used to make the reproductions are solid oak, pine, maple, American chestnut, Southern white pine, walnut or cherry wood. As exhibited in the picture of the coffee table, a combination of woods can be used to give a unique look.
If unique is what you are looking for, Shenandoah Second Wind can work with you to design that one-of-a kind piece of furniture.
